The chocolate I crave the most is the Rausch Puerto Cabello at 43%. I feel like Charlie in Willy Wonka opening the packet and seeing the gold foil inside!
Congrats on the new blog, we will need to catch up again soon to provide you with some more inspiration For choc value this week, try our chocolate showbag at the Royal Melbourne Show – $60 value for $20! (and we’re talking Camille Bloch, Rausch and Belfine!)
I’ve tried the Rausch stuff you’re talking about Oliver – in a nice navy blue packet, gold foil? I found it at a deli somewhere and LOVED it. What chocolate showbag do you have – can people not in Melbourne order one online somewhere?
Unfortunately, the choc showbag was a Melbourne Show only special. We are in the process of establishing an online presence where you will be able to purchase all of our chocolates directly. Will keep everyone posted!
i have said it before you rock kath you have the best job.
have you given cocoa nibs a go.
